Dyno Day & Show n Shine III!!!!

Ok so its official. Got word from Bob Romano today and we are locked in.

Cost: $70 for any car. Includes 3 power runs and dyno sheet + goodies.

Payment: For those on the list already as shown below contact me Via PM for direct bank deposits.
Alternatively you can click the Paypal logo below to pay by credit card etc. Please note that if you are paying via Paypal/Credit Card, there is a $2.50 transaction fee to cover PayPal processing charges.

You will need to pay the full $70 to secure a spot/your spot on the dyno.
PAYMENT FOR THOSE ON PRELIMINARY LIST IS DUE BY 10TH OF JUNE!! After this your name gets erased from list and others can pay to get on list. So get in quick. MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF CARS IS SET AT 23!!!

DYNO DAY!

On the day for those who want to enter the Show n Shine it will be $2 to enter. This can be done on the day to me. You'll know who i am when you get there. I will have a full criteria on the day for the person's that mark the cars.

JUDGES: All those not going in Show n Shine can enter the draw to be a judge on the day. I might see if we can scrub up a meguiars prize or something for those that do the judging on the day. 2 judges so that it is fair and i will do average scores for all marks from both judges. EXTRA POINTS FOR THOSE WHO GO ON THE DYNO AND IN THE SHOW.

CHANCES TO WIN TROPHIES!!!

Food: Sausage Sizzle and soft drinks on the day for GOLD COIN donations.
I also advise bringing food to munch on during the day but i think there are shops fairly close by.

Meets:
North: Aspley Maccas at 6:30 am sharp for 6:45 departure.

West: Mt Cootha, carpark across from Planitarium.
6:30 am for 6:45 departure.

If you cant be at either of the meets please meet at the shop at 7:30 am latest.

Feel free to come along and support the club and those going on the dyno/show.

Like last year there will be a projector set up so that people can view the power that the cars are making in realtime. so bring your camera's and videos.

Dyno order will be FWD, RWD, AWD.

Hopefully we should finish up by about 2-3 in the arvo, with the trophy/prize presentation straight after.

Alright straight up. If i dont get 10 cars or more paid by the 10th of June this wont be happening!!!

Way to much organisation and planning has gone into these days for nobody to have even paid yet. I have given more than sufficient time for people to get their money together, as i know people get paid on different basis, aka weekly, monthly etc. If this doesnt happen im sure it will leave a sour taste in many peoples mouths that have been supporting and organising things behind the scene's for this day.

Please, please get me or Ben your money asap. I'd hate to have to cancell one of these events, because i know how successful they are on the day and how important they are to the club as a whole.
